DOES GOD SAVE FAMILIES ?
Dear Beloved in Christ
The title of this message may make you put you in confusion but the answer is Yes God is able to save our unsaved family members read below to get an insight from the word of God.
Let me tell you that God will give them a chance to come to the saving knowledge whether they accept or reject it is thier choice but God is surely concerned about our un saved family members
I am sure many will be wondering or concerned with regards to the salvation of the family members of the person who is saved by the Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
This morning I happen to read and meditate on the story on Uncle and Nephew from the word of God uncle is Abraham and Nephew is Lot.
When Lot decided to shift base from his uncle looking at the green side of the Pasture wherein Uncle Abraham was comfortable by allowing his nephew to choose his best but we know what happened later.
(gen 13-8-11)
After the departure of Lot he moved into a place called Sodom and Gomorrah along with his family making a Living and his family enjoying the pleasures of the world in Sodom and Gomorrah.(gen 13-12-13)
As time went by the Bible says the city of Sodom and Gomorrah was full of sin and the wickedness of people grew and the Lords Time for Judgement had come upon the city.(gen18-20)
The Lord needed to do a merciful deed before he brought his Judgement over the city of Sodom and Gomorrah and do you know the reason why? because the man Named Abraham with whom the Lord had made a covenant with him and his descendants had to rescue his immediate family members i.e Lot and his family who were a integrated part of God Covenant made to Abraham, hence God came to Abraham and shared his plan of Judgement with Abraham and Abraham interceded with God telling him finally to save the city and after much peservance in prayer the Lord agreed to have mercy if he found 10 righteous people in Sodom and Gomorrah but we learn later that even 10 righteous could not be found in Sodom and Gomorrah and the Judgement of God was pronounced of that city.(gen 18 24-32)
Beloved the story does not end there God still ensured that he gave a chance to Abraham's Family to leave the city of Sin by sending his angels to rescue Lot and his loved ones and the only reason he did that because of 1 man called Abraham who walked in obedience and fear of the Lord and faith in God and God looked upon his family with favor to deliver them out of Judgement.(gen19-12
Beloved let us not loose heart because of our Love for God and Faith in his son Jesus Christ he will look upon our family members with favour and save them in times of judgement so we should not loose hope but continue seeing them saved and singing and praising God .
The bible says in the book of Habakuk write down the vision, run with it though it may tarry, it will surely come to pass .We need to keep seeing with the eyes of faith and as we all know faith can move mountains and we can move the heart of God with faith.
Finally God sent his angels to lot and told him that he cannot destroy the city unless he takes his entire family away from Sodom and Gomorrah and let me spell out who all the angels called out to be saved
1. LOTS WIFE
2. LOTS DAUGHTERS
3. LOTS SON IN LAW
(Gen 19-14)
Does that cover all relations you may add you brothers/sisters/nephews etc and the Lord will give them a chance to know their Saviour Jesus Christ but it finally depends on their decision to say yes in case of Lot
his son and daughter in Law took it lightly and lost their salvation and his wife turned back to the world and became a pillar of salt but his daughters were saved.
God says in his word Acts 16-31 If you believe you and your House hold will be saved.
Also read the 1Cor 7-14 it talks about un believing wife and husband and the children.
Hold on to the word of God it will never go back in Vain.
Abraham believed God for a child and at the age of nearly 100 years God blessed him with his son gen 21-5
God says in Gen 18-14 Is anything too hard for the Lord .
Beloved God as a father is concerned for all his children so keep up the faith and start rejoicing and thanking God that our families are saved.

This answered my query which was there in my heart since along time for by Lord's blessings i love my family , my beloved ones, my friends, my church people & they too are a part of ny family. I pray to our Dearest Lord that at the time of the judgement he forgives them & saves them for they are my family too.
